WHAT WE BRING TO YOUR JOB SITE
- COMMERCIAL CAPABILITY -
COMMERCIAL & INDUSTRIAL SURFACE PREPARATION
- COMMERCIAL & INDUSTRIAL SURFACE PREPARATION -
Mobile wet and dry abrasive blasting for general contractors, facility managers, and property owners across Virginia, Maryland, Washington, DC, and Eastern West Virginia.
We provide concrete surface preparation, coating and corrosion removal, structural steel blasting, and traffic-marking removal—including parking lines, directional arrows, pavement legends, stencils, ADA markings, and curb paint.
We also provide pavement striping and sealcoating, giving commercial customers a single point of contact for marking removal, surface preparation, and pavement and asphalt maintenance.
For tilt-up construction and other commercial concrete projects, we remove release agents and surface contaminants and prepare the concrete for the specified coating system.
We mobilize to your site and provide a project-specific proposal defining the preparation method, scope, access requirements, containment, and cleanup.
